"Went here to grab something to take away but customer service was extremely poor. They ignored me for more than 5 minutes. Even when I thought help was coming the lady assisted one client and just left me standing there. No question, nothing. It was as if I am invincible to her and most of her colleagues. I was later helped by one of the lads but even then he looked confused and disorganised. I noted the staff is made up of young people who need our support, guidance, mentorship and patience but there is a need for the management to put them through intensive training. They need to work hand in hand with a seasoned staff member so they can learn the ropes. Otherwise, I don’t see myself ever stepping a foot here"

"I'm really disappointed with our experience at Supermacs yesterday. We call in for something to eat with my 3.5 years old, after going to Winterval. Initially we were waiting about 15 min to place the order, then another 35 min to get the food! My son was absolutely starving, so I had to go over the counter and ask for his burger, as he couldn't wait any longer! I was given the burgers afterwaiting a while, and was told they will bring over the chips within no time. Have to say that another woman was complaining that she was ordering 15 min ago and she got her order before us, which I think it's not right! When we got the chips, I had my burger eaten fully and my son more than 1/2 of it. Really disappointed of the service, as they were forgetting to gave us the free glass, the toy, than was given ice in my drink and I asked without, overall waiting was 45 min and no apology at all, the staff seems that they don't care whatsoever...it's a fast food venue, not a proper restaurant where food is made from scratch, if knew that was the waiting time, we were going to next door for sure! Never back again in to this place!"
"Brought a few kids there after cinema for my daughters birthday today. The staff were brilliant to deal with .I had rang ahead to reserve an area as there was a few of us and on a Saturday it can be quite busy.From start to finish every staff member we dealt with was so friendly and very helpful.Had 6 kids and a few adults in total all wanting certain food items either not on or off their food. Staff were very accommodating, friendly and couldn't have done anymore for us. Would highly recommend here for food."
