"Ordered by Deliveroo and never seen the likes of it. After waiting an hour for the food to arrive a car pulls up outside my apartment. I receive a call from the restaurant asking where my address is. I say I think your already outside however the man on the phone ignores this. He asks for my Eircode which I give to him and proceeds to tell me I gave them the wrong address. I tell him multiple times that when I put just the Eircode in for deliveries it sends drivers on to the other side of the apartment block. The man continued to try to tell me where I live and what my address is. Meanwhile the car that was outside my apartment pulls off and I’m told that my order is cancelled. I never leave reviews but I’ve never had an issue like this before. Very poor service."
"Ordered an 8" margarita with 3 extra toppings, arrived early and was hot and delicious. €20 including delivery...downside ...the menu they gave me had much cheaper online deals I wasn't aware of :( paid almost double. A free dip for my troubles would have been nice instead of a free menu that shows how much extra money i wasted. Tasty pizza though"
