"I ordered by uber eats before closing time and they charged me but never delivered the food"
"I have had the unhappy pleasure of using this place recently twice in space for one week, first time was on Thursday evening There were 4 of us two adults and two kids sending our order in at 4:30 pm The order was due to be delivered at 5:15 pm food did not turn up untill 6:05pm no apology now excuse no compensation noting was offered by the shop for their failure and disappointing service. So my second experience was tonight the 15/04/23 I've come off a 12 hour shift and I'm hungry I just want to relax in front of TV with a take away so I use an app to order food from and from the same restaurant/takeaway I placed order at 9:54pm at 1030: pm I receive call from the shop to tell me they could not complete my order due to they didn't have what I needed told me to choose something else, while I was searching their menu they then hung up the call after I told em to remain as they were, I check their menu then hung up. So even if I reordered I'd be waiting another 45 mins for new order which means I'd have waited 90 mins to get my food and to be honest it would be well late by time I'd get it. So this restaurant/ takeaway has blown it with me not once but twice and to be honest this is totally unacceptable and restaurant/takeaway do not take ownership of their own failings I'm am recommending to all my 50k readers that what ever app you see Tik ToK takeaway name if you don't want to be left hungry or waiting for your food then Avoid this premises untill such time they improve their delivery time , customers services, stock supplies"
