"Got a dry cut recently, from the word go the treatment from the lady with the Northern accent at the end was terrible. I got a mouthful for arriving with 15 minutes before closing time, as if none of us have jobs ourselves. The cut was then unprofessional as she cut my hair without looking as she found her 15 minutes were now for chatting! Thank God that was the last of my voucher I had. Never again will I go to this place. Absolutely disgraceful customer service."
"I booked for 9am. Arrived at 8.58am. Popped my head in the door and asked the only person there if they were open yet? No hello or good morning, just made to feel that my "early" arrival was an inconvenience. Asked if I could wait inside - it was 0 degrees outside. Again, I was made to feel that this was an inconvenience. I was asked, gruffly, if I had an appointment. I said I did. Having said all that, the other woman who cut my hair was lovely and did a good job, but I won't be back. At €24 a cut, it's not unreasonable to expect some level of customer service."
"A great hair cut! Just reading some other reviews, I think I'd add that I had no wait for my cut at about 3pm on a Saturday. There were plenty of staff and they looked after us well. This is not a cheap haircut, but there was a fair amount of time and attention put into it."
