"Came in waiting 10 mins and then told buy a man he can cut on my hair, proceeds to sit me down and get his stuff ready to cut while starting to cut he starts to tell me how he’s a hairdresser not a barber even thought outside the shop it’s displayed that they cut Men AND women’s hair. Clearly not, while cutting my hair he proceeds to tell me how he’s not a barber and he’s not sure what he’s doing. Before he cut I showed him what I wanted and then he said yeah I should be able to do that. The after product looks nothing like it at all. I will be wearing a hat for the next few weeks I’m embarrassed of this haircut it’s a disgrace. I ended up not paying because of how poorly it went. Near the end I started instructing him what to do because he had no experience clearly and then I wanted him to trim down the sides more and he was like no I’m not doing that. This haircut is the worst haircut I’ve ever gotten. Disgrace of a ‘barber’ STAY AWAY unless you want to be wearing a hat for the next few weeks"
"I had booked The Hair Boutique for my wedding but unfortunately after a disastrous trial I cancelled. I found them to have extremely poor communication and customer service skills, which was very stressful as I was organising my wedding from overseas. I felt the stylists didn't listen to what I wanted and the whole appointment felt rushed. Sadly I wouldn't recommend The Hair Boutique."
