"Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I had a problem with a lawn mover cable. When I rang, the guy said it was very easy to remove the cable and if I took it in, they would put an end piece on the cable. I brought in the cable. He gave me two end pieces. The total charge was 2 euro. Everyone else wanted me to take in the land mower for them to have a look. Top class service from Ivors. Friendly and helpful."

"I had worst experience ever at this place. I was told that bike engine is ceased and it has only option of scrap , So I sold that one to him for very little amount and got another used one from him which was broken down after just 4th day of use.He took almost two months and still didn’t fix it ,was visiting every week for enquiring about how long it will take more.He couldn’t fix it and had to refund as it was in warranty period. After two months I saw a guy riding the bike(I had)which he told me that it’s engine is ceased and you cannot repair it. It really made me feel that I got robbed. Would never recommend ever."
