"I have delayed writing this review but feel that it must be done. I’m April 2022 I needed to get the clutch replaced on my Fiesta. I left it into Ballybrit and had to wait TWELVE days to get my car back. This was while repeatedly ringing for an update and I was never contacted by them. I have friends that work in garages and know myself 12 days for a clutch is ridiculous. To make things worse the car continued to give me trouble when I got it back and had it checked by another garage, who discovered the gearbox not put back in properly (pic attached). They said if I went over a large bump that the gearbox could fall out and cause potentially fatal damage to anyone inside. I have not been to Ballybrit since and will never again. I plead you do the same."
