"Bought a Santa fe from these cowboys, I live in Dublin , 1st month the clutch went on it, had to get it towed to a garage which they had covered the cost of the clutch, but they had told the garage to jus do the clutch not the pressure plate, which he declined an said he was doing the whole lot, then 2 weeks later the starter went , the hassle I had with this garage to try get it done as it was still under warranty, I got it towed to a garage once again Kenny’s said they were not fixing it as they had to get there man to look at it, now bear in mind I live in Dublin an these are in Galway ! The hassle I had with them, then after that I did a cartell report on the car as it was crashed before there is a fault on the report from cartell, I got onto the garage an they said they do all the checks on all there cars but when I hav a cartell report to show a failure on it, very unhelpful an very unhappy with my purchase! Avoid at all cost !!!! Take your money elsewhere we’re you have a guaranteed back up on your purchase !!! Never deal with again"

"I took my new Sorento to this Garage for its very first service. I had no issue with the vehicle prior to the service until I got it back. One week after service I had an error message on the dash , I contacted this dealer and was advised they couldn’t address the problem for another four months as they were too busy. They advised me to drive the car and that it would be ok, not good enough in my book as I had to put up with constant alarm beeps from the dash, which was very distracting whil driving. I ended up taking my vehicle to another dealer, who I might add were a pleasure to deal with and resolved the issue. I won’t be taking my car to these guys for as much as a wash in the future."
