"Absolutely rudest people when they answer the phone that’s when they do bother to answer it !! then to ask ur personal business and the receptionist turns magical turns into a doctor to tell ya ur problem isn’t a emergency!! that clinic should be shut down! Never seen a doctors surgery like this in my life!!"

"Worst doctors ever! Ringing multiple times and getting call ended and line busy when they have call waiting.. definitely blocks numbers.. having to put your number on private to even get through is another issue.. then getting through and being told that you can't have an appointment Doctors don't listen to your issues they just prescribe medication without doing any tests it's not on at all. Lying about what doctors are working so they don't have to give you an appointment like how are people supposed to be well when the doctors only care about the money."

"Been with the doctor in mountmellick around 7 years, some are okay but they have an awful habit of not listening to you bar one gentleman. Vevik is my doctor and I don't recall ever meeting him not once. I couldn't even tell you who he is. There's a constant issue of ringing and getting no answer this week its been ringing for three days with no luck while understanding doctors are busy that's ridiculous. 3 days put of work because I can't get a cert because I can't get through. Not a good experience over all to be honest."

"Among other things I waited on the phone for 45 minutes to order a script Ordered 3 items, only one was in the pharmacy the next day and that one was all wrong. Opening times and service over the phone all over the place Rang them again 2/10 about the script, they said they got it right this time around....today is 5/10 and the script is not at the pharmacy....tried to ring them but there's nobody to pick up the bloody phone 6/10 still trying to get my scripts...had an appointment with my dr but wasn't told he's on holidays...the substitute was argumentative, defensive, clueless and in one word useless...she also told me that the good doctor had to go on holidays coz "nobody can work 265 years a year" I asked her if she was sure about that number and then she got angry because she said she knew what she's talking about....."
