"In Nov 2021, I was visiting NCW from Southern California, USA, when looking for a nail salon. I walked into the nail salon up the street, and when I walked in, they behaved as if I was a pest invading their space. So I left and kept walking down Maiden Street and saw Andy’s. I walked in and received the most warm welcome and was asked if I wanted to accept the appointment that someone just canceled. I thanked him and said that I could not, but I made an appointment for the following week. I went in and Martina did my nails. They should not even call it that. She created a masterpiece! I feel as if a real artist has done my gel nails. I will definitely return when I’m back in Ireland."
"I have been going to Andy's for years for sunbed,hair and nails and I have had made several referrals. Today however went in and they could not honor my nail appointment (my daughter's commmuion is Saturday) becucse they do not allow children). I have no family in ncw and I never had a problem bringing my daughter with me until today. I am so disappointed that this was not told to me before. Unfortunately I won't be going again. If I had been told things had changed I would have organised a Childminder (it is unnfair to change things with out telling your customers)"
