"As much as I like Shields and do recommend them to many, I am annoyed with a laboratory they are cooperating with. So many times they either lost impressions or sent the wrong stuff it's unbelievable. In the end, it costs me a lot of money (petrol etc) and time so they can fix their mistakes. At the same time, the staff at Shields should check the lab stuff arriving before the client comes to pick it up to save our time and money too. I am currently working 6 out of 7 days in a week so it was a real to stretch for me to be there in the morning... for NOTHING. It could have been much better time spent..."
