"I was quoted 9 months for a clear aligner treatment. Half way through the treatment the facility in the Tralee clinic relocated to Limerick with no instruction given to me. After 2 years of wearing the clear aligners the process was incomplete and I was asked to pay an extra €600 to finish the treatment, having been told the cost was fixed from the start. In short I paid €3500 for an incomplete treatment which involved me having to travel nearly 2 hours to get an appointment."

"Had ultrasound appointment for 4. Arrived at 3.55. Spent 20 minutes outside ringing the bell and the provided phone number. There was no answer. Eventually the lady who had appointment after us (half 4) arrived. Somehow she got in touch with them. She was nice enough to keep the door open so we could get in. Once inside there was no acknowledgement of the fact we were waiting outside. There was no apology or reason given for not answering the phone or door. They then proceeded to see the lady who had her appointment for half 4 ahead of us. We eventually walked out at 4.45 without being seen because we were so frustrated with the wait and lack of communication. Really bad customer service, really bad communication. Just avoid this place. EDIT BASED ON REPLY. Fine you had an emergency, tell us that when we are there, we would have understood. The lack of communication was the most frustrating part. Also that does not explain why someone who had a later appointment than us got seen before us. EDIT BASED ON COMPENSATION OFFER: I appreciate the offer but me and my wife talked about it and neither of us want to ever visit your premises again. Just get better at talking to your customers, it shouldn't take a 1 star review to prompt communication but apparently it does. Best of luck with your business in future however I'm not changing my review as it is an accurate summary of what was a bad experience for us."
