"Nave is fantastic. I'm not sure what's best, their hot chocolate, their atmosphere, or their service. I also love the fact that they are a not a chain, provide space for locally made art, and have dairy alternatives. If you're in the area, checking out the castle, Luan Gallery, or the Cathedral; enjoying an afternoon down by the Shannon; watching the boats go through the lock; listening to (and tipping) our wonderful Athlone Bridge accordion player; or all of the above on a first date or 100th, or meeting a friend for chess, a hot drink from Nave will make it all the sweeter, warmer, and memorable.
