"Went there a year back and it was great but now it has dramatically dropped in their standards. Ordered the goujons and ended up with 5 bland tasteless pieces the size of nuggets and the apparently steak cut chips were tasteless and frozen not fresh. For the price asked I was quite annoyed since there are a few locations nearby that offer huge portions for less that have more taste to them. The area was very cold and I had to wear my jacket for the whole dinner. I also noticed waiters/waitresses touching food and helping in the kitchen which was pretty disgusting since they are handling cash and other cleaning tables etc. And then bringing the food at 3 different times for 3 separate people. I won't recommend this place and it's a shame since it was a lovely experience the first time I went."

"Good place for a brunch. They gave ample seating. Parking available in the shopping area opposite to coffee haven. Most of the food is delicious. The Chicken Vol-au-Vonts was a standout dish. The white sauce went well with the chicken stuffed pastry. The pancakes, eggs Benedict and vegetarian pasta were nice as well. The soup can be avoided. We did have a couple of hassles as well: - the staff was not very attentive - we didn’t get water till we explicitly asked at the end of the meal - when we asked about the soup of the day - it was told the soup is vegetarian - but for some reason they decided to put some bacon bits in it which seemed absurd in a vegetarian soup, they however replaced it when it was brought to their attention."

"Busy place so service was quite slow for French toast. Staff tended not to make eye contact cause they're run off their feet I guess. I'd like to go back at a quieter time. The menu has a great selection."
