"We ate at The Abbey Tavern last weekend & it was a joyful experience after our previous nights dining on our weekend away. we were greeted by friendly happy staff & taken to our table ideally situated away from the bar as the kids were with us. The decor and atmosphere was just gorgeous & the food was amazing. We really were blown away with the staff and particular thanks to the man who served us! We will be back again sometime to devour the pasta dish & until then will be highly recommending this gem to anyone travelling your way"
"The Abbey Tavern is my local bistro and bar, my wife and I dine here most Friday evenings, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the bar and bistro is very clean and cozy, if you are thinking of dining here I would recommend looking at the specials board before it's removed at 7pm. there is often a very nice fish dish on it, The quality of food is excellent and it is plane to see that the chef loves his work,"
"The Abbey tavern is in a quaint village in county Clare. Looking across towards the historical Abbey which is very picturesque. Staff are very friendly . The food is fantastic and they cater for gluten-free and wheat. I would recommend this restaurant."
