"Beautiful store and gorgeous furniture, HOWEVER... delivery is always later than promised. My advise is don't pay full price just the deposit so they won't ignore you once they receive the money. I supposed to get a call from them regarding delivery last week, no one rang. I had to ring ( no one answered ) and go there physically to ask about the delay. Was promised delivery on Monday, took time of work. No one showed up, rang the store, again it sounded like they don't even have my order. Next available delivery slot is on Thursday. Will have to take time off work again. I say it'll be last time I bought anything in there, plenty of other nice furniture shop around Galway. Also whoever is dealing with the customers, if ye made a mistake, don't be condescending."
