"Terrible customer experience. Ordered a coffee table from the warehouse, got a call from the store to confirm that the coffee table had arrived in store for us to collect, drove up from Dublin to collect it only to be told that the table wasn’t in the store at all. In store staff blamed it on the warehouse but we still got a call from someone in the store to tell us they had it when obviously that wasn’t the case. Then we were told they could deliver it to us from Kilkenny to Dublin but that we would have to pay a €30 delivery fee - after us driving all the way up from Dublin?? Ridiculous that they wouldn’t even offer us a free delivery as compensation. Everyone understands that mistakes can happen however the way it was dealt with was extremely poor and unprofessional. Basically nothing they can do about it, why would we pay €30 when we’re after driving up from Dublin for it, laughable."

"Most weirdest place ever. Waited 20 minutes for a burnt coffee, just to be told they had lost our food order. This place needs to change up their layout, menu and staff. The younger staff seemed ok and I wouldn't blame them cause they probably are paid very little. Manager seemed rude and too entitled to even work their it was so odd, I assume she doesn't train or supervise the staff. We didn't wait for our food as it seemed like everyone was just as confused as us. From the long counters to the kitchen the layout seems to be this places biggest downfall. The menu wasn't anything exciting either and didn't seem unique which was a let down to cap it all off. I would avoid next time as I have been here before and had the same experience."
