"Absolutely lovely lady who couldnt have helped us more, she went through everything in detail, answered every questions, gave more options- every piece had so many options that could be tailored to us and changed around, and 2 out if the 3 pieces we bought were Irish made. The prices were way better than any other store in town, trust me- we looked in every single shop and were disappointed with the quality of the wood every time. The wood products here are thicker and sturdier wood so will last longer despite being better in price!!!! We will happily be customers for life now of this Irish owned store. What great products and staff. Cannot recommend enough. A business done right."

"I brought a mattress and a beautiful grey sleigh bed frame from this place. I must say it was so comfortable and the quality was superb. Sleeping has improved immensely! Delivery was fast and Brian was very helpful and friendly. They provided great customer care. Highly recommend and will definitely be buying from there again!"

"After waiting for two weeks when I purchased a bunk bed and mattresses (this was before the first lock-down), I rang the shop to ask where is my bed and mattresses and if it's not ready I would like to get my money back. The lady in the shop took my number and rang me back shortly after saying that the bed and mattresses will be delivered on the same day. Two boys offered by the shop assembled it, but they didn't do a good job at all - screws were placed asymmetric, one of the nails was popping out and knowing the child would put his head every day nearby it (in was popping out from the upper part of the bunk bed straight to the lower bed). They literally broke my kid's new bed (see the pictures). Beautiful furniture in the shop, this is why I'm giving two points. And for the quality of the customer service and assembling it's a zero. It's not all about beautiful display - major points should be focused on customer care, on-time delivery, and quality assembling."

It's great to see that good old fashioned customer service is still alive and well here. A top-notch service all round.
