"I rang this store at 10.20am to be sure they were open and that they stocked the size we needed. I arrived at the store today at 12.40 (an hours drive) with my 72 year old grandmother wanting to buy shoes. The sign said open but the door was locked. We waited until 1 (he was on lunch 1-2) and then had to go and wait in a nearby cafe until 2. Came back at 1.58 and waited until 2.15, still no sign. The owner knew we were coming and was still not open during business hours. Disgusting. For a shop that is for older people, this was total disrespect and extremely unprofessional. We will not be back.. Lost a €300- €400 sale here."
