"Fantastic experience today with shop in Kilkenny. We buy most if not all our shoes for our 8 year old daughter there. We bought a pair of boots before Christmas that she wore occasionally the last 5 or so months. The material on the boots started to tear and become unslightly over and above normal wear and tear. Brought them back to the shop today and they replaced them no questions asked. Thanks to Lauren and the team for a top class service."
