"the service isnt the greatest, was in the store on tuesday the 21st of feb to buy runners for my daughter, nobody asked us did we need help, i had to look for someone, found a girl to ask for a pair of nike runners, she went to store room got a pair for us then handed the box to me then she walked away that was that, had to go look for her again to get a different shoe, there was also a couple of other customers waiting to get shoes too, , the service is very poor, i use to work for intersport before Elverys took over & never had i ever walked away from a customer i was serving i would always ask another staff member for help"

"The staff in Elevrys can't be faulted have to say, especially a lovely girl in there that fitted me for a pair of runners and went out of her way to get me a pair that suited my needs and actually got me a pair that was the same as the new addition but where a little cheaper only that they were the last years addition and do the exact same thing. Where my problem lies is the sizing, its smaller than the size its supposed to be which for me is quite annoying and to be honest puts me off buying clothes in there and they don't really cater for the more robust of us, which is a pain if you want to lose some of it and find clothes to fit. I will definitely go back and buy runners but clothes I will have to go to a competitor. If this problem was fixed I would definitely go back."

"It was the Worst Elvery store I have ever visited. At 2nd floor. I Picked up a under armour white compression top (no price label , other same type marked half price as 18 euro ) and asked one very friendly staff. He also confirmed its half price. Later there is a bold guy at the cash counter said very rudely its new and its impossible to be half price. And he said customer put all the wrong price label on them. I feel that he is implying even myself changed the price label. I said to him. How could customer put 2 same 18 euro half price label on the same type of the compression top? Later I Also got 3 of 1.5 euro special offer ON protein bar. He said he needs to charge 7.5 euro and still very rude. Other staff are very friendly and apologized for this as this is the stores fault. Not the customer. In many store. If the price label is wrong. They will charge whatever is the cheapest. Instead of thinking that customer is suspicious and changed price label. I am not that cheeky. So at the end I didn’t get anything. And I Will never go back. This is Extremely poor customer service. Most of the guys in there are nice and friendly by the way. I hope management team can take some appropriate action. Teach some of the staff what customer service is and how to treat customer with respect."
