"Great day on the river Barrow last Saturday with Roger and David McClure of Riverbend Adventures- Paddling sea kayaks from Graiguenamanagh to St Mullins. Roger and David have a wealth of knowledge and skill that was shared as they guided the group over weirs, down rapids and in practising crossing the flow. Always in safe hands, some time was spent at the end of the journey practicing rolls, rescues and self rescue. A highlight of the journey was the freshly brewed coffee ☕️ provided during our lunch break! Thanks guys. Looking forward to more Riverbend Adventures."

"I had a great day with Riverbend Adventures. Roger and David made me feel really welcomed and relaxed. Nothing was an issue. Roger is both a river and sea expert kayaker and David a world and european freestyle competitor and champion, so I felt super safe the whole day. They introduced us to new skills, showed us how to use the flow of the water, as well as boat, body n paddle to move around the river. They encouraged, coached, gave tips and improved the kayaking skills we already had. Well able to pick the features to challange us, but in a really supported way.
