"Ordered food waited for nearly 2 hours. I finish watching 1 film, rang them couple of times phone is busy eventually get thru after 1 half was told will be delivered soon. Atlast food was delivered cold and a wrong order... for the manager dont take too much order if u cant deliver it on time... your poor staff probably strssed out trying to cope up and the poor one whos answering the phone take the heat that supposed to be ypurs."
"I asked for cream in the chicken tikka masala and less sugar, they got very very annoyed. I find it too sweet and very mild. I asked for medium spicy and the guy hung up. They close at 10 pm weeknights which I find early. This place has lost its charm and the food just isn't the same quality. It was the general manager I spoke to that evening and I told him upon getting a very ignorant attitude that I won't order there anymore and he hung up the phone. I will never bother spice temple Ennis again. It costs absolutely nothing to be kind and treat people with a bit of respect. This is my recent experience of spice temple Ennis."
