"Simply Rent is terrible company. Staff rude, evasive and disrespectful . Avoid at all cost. Run by a guy called Tony - extremely rude narcissist and a complete liar. Do not trust anything Tony says . They will steal your deposit make up bogus receipt/excuses. Likes of Simply Rent run by cowboy Tony only exist because we are currently in housing epidemic. Karma will catch up with them, 2008 crash is a distant memory. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid."
"A terrible company to deal with. They’ll look to charge you for anything. Moved out of the property, time agreed to go final checks and no one arrives. Office staff and Tony extremely rude. Was quoted ridiculous prices to clean the house even tho it had been left in great condition. They dont even clean the house before new tenants move in. Avoid avoid avoid."
