"Just a week into renting and it’s been hell of experience. They don’t get anything done. And they don’t respond to your queries and can be very rude too when they do. A lot of work needed to be done in the apartment before moving in but nothing was done. I’m honestly sicken to my stomach having to call them every time about things in the house that I noticed that’s isn’t working....and the standard of the furniture are very very poor.....Please avoid at all cost if you can. Doesn’t worth it all. I wish I had seen others reviews before renting from them."

"Poor service, I was to meet the letting agent but he failed to show up in time, no answer to calls no communication I was waiting 25 minutes in the cold.After reaching the office they claimed that he was here and waiting for me which was blatant lie. Do not recommend at all."

"Be extremely wary of this business, as they are proven to be not good with following the correct procedures for anything legal - not what you want in a Letting Agent. I also had to invoke the RTB protections with this group. The defining event of my interactions with Limerick Residential was this: I had an event-free 4 years of tenancy from this group in a house in Castletroy, until John (the owner) decided he wanted to increase the rent by 33%. He attempted to do this in a way that did not conform with what was set out in the law, and he then illegally posted an eviction notice as I was not paying his improperly-set rental increase. As a direct result of this I was forced to involve the Residential Tenancy Board, and the result of the arbitration meeting I had requested was that Limerick Residential had to remove both the eviction notice and the attempted rental increase, as John was shown to have failed to follow the correct procedures for both. At that point a more fair rental increase was finally negotiated, which set the price for that property as the area was now a defined Rent Pressure Zone. It's also worth noting that after that arbitration meeting John ended up failing to properly perform the Letting Agent's duty as defined in the contract with a great example of failing to maintain the lawn. He cut the grass at my house only once from June to January, resulting in a bit of a forest in the back yard. There was no explanation forthcoming from Limerick Residential as to why this was the case.. It would appear that Limerick Residential Lettings operates at the lowest end of the rental market and are definitely not the most professionally run of outfits. In essence, if you wish to avail of this company's services either as a tenant or as a property owner, you would be much better served anywhere else. I would recommend KMPM in Limerick as a more professional outfit for sure."
