"Okay the shop itself is wonderful and the staff are great. The breakfast items however are something else again. Today I had a double egg and bacon sandwich. OMG I wish I hadn't. 1. Bacon - over cooked and salty as heck. 2. The eggs !! they were rubbery. I actually threw them out. They must have been under the heat lamp for hours as the yoke was solid and there was that hard almost translucent coating on them. I have had breakfast rolls and sandwiches throughout Ireland and I think this sandwich was probably in my top 5 of worst quality ever. It's a busy store and a credit to the Centra and Musgrave brands, however, either they stop doing breakfast items all together or they step up and prepare fresh ingredients which are not left under heat lamps for hours!!"
