"We have ordered Papa Johns before & loved it. Was really good pizza. The 2nd time we ordered it our pizza was incorrect and the dough was slightly undercooked. When we called we were put through to the manager who sadly i didnt get her name, but she was so so helpful and apologetic and lovely. It was such a pleasure dealing with her. She immediately sent us out a replacement. Im really impressed with how she handled it and cannot recommend the staff and restaurant enough."
"More than 2 Hours to deliver a chicken sandwich meal and a burger. I understand it's busy on Friday but this is just ridiculous. I've been a customer of Papa John's in Sligo for 5 years, no issues whatsoever, in fact they do deliver earlier than the estimated time on checkout. This evening after a very long day and driving between 3 counties, I decided to treat my self. and what do I get? more than 2 hours of waiting for food. Not sure if it's a one off thing, but I'm sure as hell I won't find out as I'm not ordering from here again"

"Pizzas are very nice. There were deals and the lady on the phone taking my order told me all my options to upgrade my order to get better value. Delivery I was told would be an hour and a half so instead I collected but still had to wait extra 15mins. In fairness they were very busy and you could tell they were under pressure. Good fast food"
