"We had a family birthday party last night and we had 28 people for dinner we ordered food at 8 o clock we had not received anything to eat at 9 ó clock we also had asked for a highchair on 4 separate occasions it took half an hour to get the highchair we were did missed by staff why we asked would food be much longer when they did decide to bring out food some guests received no starter 1 jug of water to do a table of 20 people then we had to wait another hour for the main course one of the waitress spent a large portion of the time tending the table of 7 of our guests making sure they got everything they needed or ordered and left the table of 21 just looking around wondering what was going on at they same time she was watching a rugby match on one of the guests phone after the hour wait 5 people were left with no main course so they had an extended wait to eat while one of them never received any food at all needless to say we were not happy bunnies then it came to Bill payment and the whole food order had being put on there system wrong and she couldn't decide how to take payments this took another half hour while the food itself was good the service and customer service was the worse service I have ever seen. Your response holds no value the food ordered from either menu did not exceed the price of set menu it is ver unprofessional of you give give such a lame response an overall apology would have be received better you told us that the problem with payment was your fault as someone put the orders on the system wrongs back tracking on your review page is just trying to blame the customer for your hickup your waiting staff is also your responsibility"
