"As a nurse perhaps I expected too much from Dr O'Sullivan. The most critical part of being a nurse is we listen to our patients. Dr O'Sullivan did no such thing. For the amount of money I paid out of pocket I deserved this at least. He did not think an MRI was warranted but said "if you still want one and are not better one can be ordered". A missed opportunity on his part in truly listening to me, and an eventual MRI my GP ordered at my request. The pathology spoke for itself. A good medical practitioner regardless of title listens to the patient because often there in lies the diagnosis, not what they think it is."
"Very poor help we got from him. It was a serious matter for my 17yo daughter. Response of her body after the treatment from GP didnt work. He said is nothing to worry about just wait and everything will be fine. So I paid 180€ just to know something my grandpa use to say: wait, you will be fine? Even if he was very nice and easy to speak with he didnt help so why is a doctor in a clinic if doesn't give help So, we went to another doctor who prescribed only some B12 vitamin and my daughter was back in shape in 3 weeks. Poor help! Very poor. I expected more from a "specialist""
