"I han ACL surgery done with this man 2 years ago I tore my ACL playing soccer the mri said I has a complete tear he was to do a reconfiguration so put me to sleep.he woke me a couple of minutes after my op thought my knee would heal itself that there was no need to do the surgery an left the hospital because he was in a hurry and wouldn't speak more to me. I met with him 2 weeks after and he told me my knee should be OK to play soccer after 6 to 8 months so after a year I went back to play and was first night training and my knee got slightly hurt so I stopped playing again I just went back and yesterday I tried to play my first match in over 2 years I did my knee again I think he had something to do the day he was to operate on me an it was going to take to long so he didn't bother"
"I had surgery on my ankle on March 4th this year, in constant pain since. Now July 1st. When I last met consultant the meeting lasted five minutes, was very dismissive, not interested and didn’t even inspect my ankle. Now 4am no sleep as a result of taking pain killers. Don’t know which way to turn, waiting for appointment for second opinion."
"Very professional and polite .Easy to speak to"
"The assesment lasted less than 1 minute, he was distant and didn't seem to consider anything I was telling him. He told me everything was functioning perfectly, which was upsetting to hear after 11 years of pain. It was a bit like speaking to a robot, and I didn't feel he was able to consider the psychological effects of a physical trauma. I get the impression he's not committed to improving his patient's quality of life, but maybe he was just having a bad day. I left in utter shock and was charged full price. The receptionist was very nice and professional."
