"A good place to spend some great time with your friends or may be with yourself. Sitting at first floor is quite comfortable but without a background music feels bit blank."
"Nice staff, coffee is great, but the place is really dirty. They dont clean up the tables, papers all over the floor and the bathroom was literally falling apart."
"Service here was really nice but i was there when it wasnt busy. The major downside i have about the place is the seating. If you are more than 2 people its very cramped. Its also a bit of a warren for layout. If you are getting a drink here, get it for takeaway."
"Honestly, this building is far too lovely to be a Starbucks. I'm not entirely sure why anyone would go here (other than having a gift card, perhaps). There are many other coffee places in the area (Costa, Cork Coffee Roasters, etc.) that are quite a bit better. Overall, it was a fine experience; the staff were quite friendly, and the atmosphere was pleasant (before you ask, yes, I had a gift card)."
"Starbucks Opera Lane. I made an order on the Starbucks app one evening after work so I could beat the queue when I got to Starbucks. Got there to find only half my order ready. Turned out the staff read my order but had no idea what the peanut butter cups I said I ordered were or that I ordered them. Three staff members talked to me until one said this is a bit like what you described. It was what I had ordered. I had also shown all three staff my order on the app. Some could not understand me properly as English was not their first language. They were trying to be as helpful as they could, I don't blame them. This place needs more staff. I find this Starbucks is always super busy, I don't envy anyone working there. The look of the store is not nice, some tables wobbly, on getting an order we should get the code for the loo. I don't like this Starbucks but the staff try their hardest with what I feel is the busiest Starbucks in the city due to its location."
