"We had nachos and Asian wings for starters. The nachos tasted as though they were sitting for hours, stale and not enough cheese. The wings were 10/10, the right amount of sweet and spicy. The portion sizes were small. We had the cheese burger and the bacon cheese burger for dinner. We found that the burger itself was quite dry so we added more sauce to it to make it easier to eat. The chips were delicious. It did take around 25/30 minutes for our mains to arrive, a server even came over and asked if we had received our mains yet. The staff were lovely and it was 100% not their fault."
"What an amazing place! We had a wonderful evening here, steak tasted amazing, like rare should be, starters and sides were superb, as are the cocktails, especially the Pear one! Service was absolutely great and super friendly and attentive, definitely worth the visit!"
"My first time dining here and I'll be racing back. The staff were so helpful and knowledgeable especially Alexander who shared tips on all things wine and beer. We are a family with many dietary issues; vegetarian, gluten free, dairy intolerance and nut allergy. Its usually a nightmare but we were so well looked after and had every question answered. Once the food arrived we were all thrilled with our choices and eager to dig in. Wow ♥️ I can't wait to try out the rest of the menu."
"Enjoyed lunch with friends, good food reasonable prices and lovely staff. Loved the old world decor and homage to Thomsons bakery which holds great memories and pride for us Corkonians. One criticism i have is the exterior could do more in the way of advertising or showcasing the place ."
"We quite enjoyed dinner here and I was pleasantly surprised by the beer offering. Finding a flight of beer for purchase at a restaurant is not common in Ireland, but they had one and it was very good. With this, they have a larger than normal beer offering at the bar, but also make cocktails. My kids enjoyed virgin daquiris. Food was tasty too. Service was good and enjoyed the atmosphere. Our kind of place."
