"extremely boring atmosphere. went about 4pm with my girlfriend and came into an extremely poorly lighted shop, considering the company is well known for its extraordinary chiller drinks, which i myself enjoy a lot, i had one of the worst possible customer experiences ever. the man saw my girlfriend and i come into the shop, looked at me once and asked 'you ok?' i simply replied that i was just looking at the menu and he turned around and went on about with his business, the shop wasn't so busy at the time and i think there were about 2 people working at the time , i was there for about 5 minutes attempting to search for another drink rather than my usual Coco Loco, and to my surprise i was there for about 5 minutes just staring at the menu having absolutely no help from the staff there. who just stood there and looked at me with a blank expression. after receiving my drink, which i thoroughly enjoyed with my girlfriend we simply left. waiting time was ok, even though there wasnt much people there. the drinks are outstanding as usual but the staff really need to learn what customer service really means."
