"The staff within the clinic itself are fantastic, however the appointment booking system (consisting of responding back and forth via email with admin staff based elsewhere, dragging what would otherwise be a five minute phone call into a days long rigmarole) is absolutely ridiculous and totally inefficient. There's really no need for it. Unfortunately there aren't many places within Cork still doing seafarer's medicals these days because of covid, but don't expect a quick turnaround. When you actually do get to go, the staff you'll meet face to face are honestly great. Edit to add: I appreciate the response. Please also get rid of the Microsoft Word prepayment form or install a payment method on the website. Its not appropriate to ask anyone to disclose their full card details in such an insecure manner & leaves the person wide open for fraud."

"Receptionist at Cork lack customer care IQ. On one appointment she gave me a public hol monday as an available date and their automated text message gave a reminder. When I came in after the holiday and told her she showed no care about the error, like showed zero concern. Her next words were "so I'll just give you another date". Seemed very unhappy at her job."
