Manager Sarah is pure pleasure to deal with. My therapist also called Sarah and she is an absolute lady!!! "LASER HAIR REMOVAL HERE IS A WASTE OF MONEY. They are not insured for high intensity levels (found out after) so does not work and they do not discuss the levels with you. I had more than 10 sessions done on my bikini and I still have full growth! What a waste of money. I complained after 8 sessions coz I was not seeing results so they offered me 3 more and was told I would have a consultation with someone after the 3 sessions and nobody bothered to schedule a meeting. Would not recommend to anyone! Just a complete waste of money. Had to take my business elsewhere."

"SCAM ALERT!!!! Absolutely no change in hair growth. I have gotten laser done before from multiple places which has done wonders. This place is a total scam. They don’t disclose the laser settings. They keep it as low as possible so you keep coming back to them. I just finished a session and the lady did not even take the time to laser the entire area. DO NOT BUY!!!!!"
