"On Thursday Dec 12th, 2019,  we urgently needed to get a passport from Kerry to London before 2.30pm Friday 13th to allow a relative travel later that evening - a tricky request at such a busy time. I phoned the Mail Boxes Killarney office where a very polite, friendly, genuine young man called Peter listened sympathetically to my request. While he couldn't guarantee me it would arrive at the desired time, he assured me he'd try his very best.  I'd great confidence in his sincerity. I handed the envelope to Peter before 9.30 am Thursday, repeating the urgent request.  He assured me he'd keep an eye on its progress. Within a few hours, I found out the package had already left the country.  The following day, I got a text that it'd arrived in London just after mid-day!.   We were all delighted. Well done to Peter who not only gave a sympathetic ear but followed it up with dedicated action!"

"Google indicated as open today until 5.30pm. Sadly once we got there a note on the door was saying "we'll be back on January 7th". Very unprofessional, a very bad service not updating your information on Google to avoid people to come for nothing. Disappointed."
