"The worst experience I've ever had from a taxi. Booked a taxi 45 minutes in advance. Never showed. Rang they told us the taxi would be there, 15 mins later still no sign. Rang again , no he must be there - well he wasn't. Rang again "taxi came and left because we weren't there". No taxi had ever shown up. He was "coming back for us " . 15 minutes again, still no sign. Turned out he was at the wrong address after specifically saying he knew where we were and tried to pin the blame on us for not being clearer. Another 15 mins once directions were clarified and still no sign. Got another lift. 45 mins late for work. Thanks a lot"
