"Clean modern clinic and has nice staff and lots of waiting chairs... but sometimes you get stuck here for 2 hours and unfortunately there's no car park of its own."
"Super friendly doctors. No long waiting times for appointments."
"No parking, so good luck finding a spot within a kilometer around the place. Not enough waiting seats since half of them are restricted to sit on. I guess you have to stand and wait. The entrance is located or the smallest street you can find, makes it impossible to find without gps. The interrior is rather new and clean. The staff seems friendly."
"Excellent place that is spacious and very clean. There is no parking immediately near it, you can drop off a patient outside and proceed along the lane and take a right, a right onto the main road and a left at the bridge to get to St Finbarr's QPark multistore. It's a couple min walk and easy to access. It is a lil more expensive with a two hour stay at β¬6.30 but it's the best option. You can park on the prominard nears the schools (coming from UCC direction) but you need a parking disc and I have no clue where to buy that. Bathrooms are very clean and have UV lights. Excellent and should be in every hospital! If you come from the side street door the bathrooms are in the door, take a left and the first right. The people are all lovely here. Process of entry, go to the door and wait by the lil desk. Santisise your hands and show your letter or say the name of the doc/service you are there to see. The gent will direct you where to go, downstairs and up to the next floor. There are lifts straight ahead or stairs over to the right. There are rows of seating on your left, then reception and past that is more seating, at the very bottom is the phlebotomist (bloods) area. Don't go direct to the reception desk, you wait on seating in a row with people ahead of you. It usually goes clockwise rotation with everyone moving up one set of seats. You will be able to sit down immediately entering, if the line is too long the gent will get you a chair. Wait till you are called up and hand them your sheet. They will want your name, DOB, address and it is handy to have your RIN or patient ID number (on your letter). They will keep the letter so make a copy prior to going in if you need it. They will direct you to the right seating, there are zone with different coloured chairs and is easy to find. Even when busy you will be able to find seating and it is distanced. Wait until the nurse or doc calls you in. Once done you can usually just leave without needing to sign anything but I don't have insurance. I am not in a wheelchair but it is easy to get around in there, large open spaces. You can get a cup of water from a fountain too. You can get in from the North side (side street and main entrance I talk about) or from the south side on the main road closer to the main mercy buildings. The one on the south side has wheel chair access with a proper ramp and a door that opens with the press of a button on the right side. You can get a wheel chair in on the side road but the doors require effort to open. The gent would help you though and they bring people in using that route as the south side is a busy road. The staff are really kind, if you need help just ask or call them."
