"Left the shop in tears!!!!! I bought a product here, a bag with wheels to assist with my shopping as I live far from the city. After not even a day of having it the wheel broke. I went into the shop the next day in need of help. The owner was extremely unhelpful and rude. He talked down to me, humiliated me and overall treated me like dirt claiming this to be my fault. I just needed help. Being a college student, I can barley afford to feed myself. Buying this product was not easy for me to afford and now it is useless to me as it broke within a few hours. He claimed it could not be fixed and only offered to sell me another while knowing I could barley afford the first one. I will never be coming here again as I felt dehumanised the entire time. This is not how a customer should be treated it's a shame this place seems to have a good reputation when it is just run by a greedy business owner with no empathy."

"I found that the person behind the counter was very rude and I found that the quality of bags weren't great. I recently bought a bag for my son when he started school in September and it is now the start of Dec, and the the 2 zips fell off and the thread of the inner lining started to fall apart , I was hoping to receive a refund or even replaced. I bought the bag in a sale from 20eu to 10eu, and I was told the zip couldn't be fixed and no refund. He also said if I had bought the 70eu bags he could have replaced it because they had a guarantee. The fact that this bag only lasted 2 and half months and with the customer service being abysmal ,I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone."

"A rude man, not willing to even answer your questions if you do not agree with what he is saying. Went there to cut a key and the only thing I got was "That is not the right blade". When I was trying to ask the man the differences the answer I got was something like "You know more about this than I do?". When I said "I don't understand the difference in the key" I got back "And I don't understand you!". I was told to never go back cause he wouldn't do anything for me. And when I left, I said "thank you" and got a finger pointed and a "Do not thank me". I was never treated like this in my life. Went to another key cut shop where I got the same answer (the blade is not the correct one) however it was explained to me why, so I can go back to whom I bought it and complain about it, with the needed knowledge. I do not recommend this place."
