"My mam was in Ecco shop in Blackpool, cork yesterday and bought shoes , she went home and she realised that she needed the bigger size shoe so she went back to get a refund. She had her receipt ....staff were so abrupt and Rude saying they couldn't give her a refund or store credit. This is absolutely ridiculous . Horrible customer service."
