"Terrible Customer and Delivery Service. 3 times I have ordered from their website and my orders have never been delivered, when I contacted them they said they were investigating why my order wasn't fulfilled and I have then had to go chase them looking for my refund. Should have learnt after the first time and will never order from them again."

"Would give no stars if I could, had an awful experience with them for my debs 2 years ago. Rented dress was supposed to be ready to collect 2 days before but it ‘wasn’t ready’ when we went to collect, didn’t even ring to let us know this. But anyway we collected the next day (the day before the debs) and when I got home and tried it on the straps were all different and had clearly been altered in some way, there was also a few fake tan stains on the inside from the previous person, wonder do they even wash the dresses inbetween people?? The morning of my debs we went in to them and the girl was apologetic and advised us to bring the dress to a nearby alterations place (they rightfully paid for this), collected the dress about an hour later from the place, tried it on in caris closet and it was fixed thankfully but just not the stress you need on the morning of your debs. And to top it off they didn’t even give us a discount for all the trouble, nothing. Overall terrible customer service and poor hygiene standards, would definitely not recommend this place to anybody! Just thankful I didn’t actually purchase the dress given all the recent scandals that have come out about them, seriously stay well clear of this place as there are much nicer and better priced places in Cork than this shower."

"If I could score this store 0 stars I would. False advertising and sharing of my personal details (name, address , eircode, email address and phone number ) with another customer. The customer then rang me to return a dress she recieved that was terrible quality and wanted to return it. She was having the same problem contacting them as I had... Caris closet was so unprofessional and rude to deal with. I recieved no apology and UNBELIEVABLY bad customer service. The only reason in my opinion that they gave me a refund is because of the mess up with personal data. The only way to contact them was through facebook and email. Do not waste your time or money here."

"My wife ordered and recieved a dress but it had a fault. She returned it having followed their returns policy. It was received by them and a full refund agreed by email over a month ago. The company will no longer reply to emails and no refund has been received."

"Easily the best customer service I have come across, I went online to buy a dress for my daughter today and for some reason I couldn’t finalise the sale, I emailed Cari’s Closet and within minutes Georgia-May emailed back asking what items I needed, after letting her know she called and I gave her payment a short few minutes later my items were on the way. Beautiful clothes and brilliant efficient friendly staff. Well done ⭐️"
