"Staff lovely and curtious advised that a certain shoe i wearing not suitable for long walking and as my present shoe was a stability runner good brand and quite new that their 300euro customised insole not suitable for a stability shoe they gave me a insole of the shelf to try would it make a difference unfortunately it didn't I appreciate people haven't a magic wand and what suits one doesn't suit another I would have no prob going back to foot solutions as I'm sure customised is a smart idea with a neutral shoe"

When I rang today to check on my mother's behalf about new shoes, the really helpful sales assistant had my mother's previous shoe purchase details on file (my mother wanted similar in black) and could advise ones for her to try on tomorrow. "An absolutely fantastic experience. The staff are a delight to deal with and really know their stuff. I will admit I was apprehensive at first. Growing up when you saw shoes that were corrective they were always ugly as sin but the selection in Foot Solutions is incredible. In particular the Brooks running shoes, I have never worn a more comfortable pair of shoes."
