"I paid 10€ for them to file down not only my acrylic nails but also my own. I now have to wear bandages because my nails are so thin they cannot protect the flesh underneath. Worst nail removal i did ever get!!!!"

"So much unprofessionalism. I walked in and I was told "woman sit". I sat down and my nails were immediately filed and then cut off. I have been trying to grow my nails for weeks. They cut them so close to my nails beds and so jagged. The tips were stuck on wonky. The acrylic only covered half the nails. They filed the nails so roughly I was left bleeding. The shape was wonky and looked awful. When I asked for a bit more acrylic to be applied on one of the nails they proceeded to file them down even more. I was left with nails that didn't fit my nails, acrylic all over my fingers and gel polish all over my fingers."
"If you want a quick and good quality service, without having to chit chat with your nail artist this is the place to go. And that is why I go there over and over. But if you are one of the people who like to bond and become bff's with their beauticians/hair dressers this probably is not the place for you. The quality of work they deliver though is impeccable. It would be a 5 star however the lady that specialises in designs had a bit challenging time to do a simple twig with leaves, so had to take a point for that"
