"I've been to sugar dolls a good few times over the years. I think yesterday will be my last. I usually get shellac but opted for a french file and polish. From the get go, the technician was rushing it, leaving some of my nails jagged before applying polish. She unevenly layered on the pink, again hurriedly. This picture is the next day. My thumb polish was destroyed just from putting on my coat after (didn't dry properly) I feel like I could have done a better job myself and will have to take it off. Also found that the environment this time around was very unwelcoming, with the staff speaking between themselves. Do not recommend."

"I had a set of gel nails removed yesterday (should have taken about 30 mins) and after 1 hour and 20 mins the lady doing my nails had just about removed the gel. I was given no manicure , there’s still flakes of gel and paint stuck to my nails , they weren’t even filed. I complained to the manger who offered to finish them for me and told me that the woman doing my nails was new and still learning. I didn’t have the time to stay and I honestly didn’t want to. It’s very unfair for both customers and the staff to be allowing training nail techs on the floor without the customers knowing. In any other industry you’d get a discount for services done by staff with no experience. I was so angry and I feel awful because it wasn’t the nail techs fault and I appreciate that everyone has to learn but it would have been nice to know before hand. I’ll never go back here again."

"I was very disappointed with their customer service. I had been recommended to go to get my nails done in this place in October so I booked to get my nails done for Christmas in early November. I was very excited to get my nails done for Christmas. The day I was meant to get my nails done I got a text about 3 hours before I was meant to get them done saying that I couldn't get my nails done as the nail technician had gone home feeling sick. I understand that is not there fault but when I rang to see when I could get my nails done again they were very confrontational and not accommodateing, the lady was quite rude. Was very disappointed as this was part of my Christmas present."

"I went in after reading all the good reviews to get shellac done, the girl who did it was very friendly but rough doing my toes. When i got home i noticed she cut my toe and its been stinging for the last 3 days, i wont be back"
