Reviews
"Loved this place! I went in August and they served the best food, great atmosphere and such a friendly staff. I’d say they had the friendliest staff but I didn’t meet a single unfriendly soul during my stay in Ireland. I can’t wait to be back. :)"
"Appalling . Possibly the worst soup I have ever had ,watery and fairly tasteless. The bread that came with it looked like cut offs from slices . One very nice young man but other than the staff were indifferent ."
"Rubbish food. Dingy atmosphere. "Freshly prepared" sandwiches that could have come from a train canteen. Saw signs in local estate agent that the pub is for sale. Says it all!"
"Cozy pub but maybe avoid the lunchtime soup and food. I had an aftertaste of mushroom in the mouthfor a long time after. Very unusual. Will not be rushing back"
"Good food with good atmosphere. The sandwiches were excellent and the soups tasty. Service was friendly and quick. The only small complaint is the menu is difficult to read, what with it being handwritten and all."
