"Disappointment!!!!! Visited with friends and family to explore this amazing property of Sheenfall Lodge which is breathtakingly beautiful. The hotel, view and the ambience in itself is a beauty! We booked ourselves for dinner at Stable brasserie which was completely disaster. Grilled food as mentioned in Ala carte menu is pan fried which has no flavours at all. Basil pesto tagliatelle was just tasting like oil. We ordered a pizza for my 13 year old daughter which was with some local produced cheeseto which we weren't informed that it is too strong & bit off smell for a child. Then she ordered terrine in starters and that again was cold food which again was not informed. In total our dinning experience was not great at all."
"The food needs a tiny bit of up-tweaking here, but for me the staff were the usual 5⭐ Sheen Falls standard. Lizzie, the supervisor knows all about great customer service and nothing is too much trouble for her and staff. It's a lovely comfortable and fashionably appointed restaurant and worth checking out."
