"Only reason they are getting 2 starts is because when they do get the food right, it tastes ok. Prices are way too high for the portion sizes and they are constantly getting the food wrong. I don't know is it a lack of communication when ordering over the phone or a lack in concentration. Not good enough. Would not recommend."

"I am actually shocked by the good reviews on this place. Had a bad experience years ago on my first order (disgusting) but decided to give it another go last week as the location is convenient. Maybe they were having a bad day years ago I thought. So I just ordered chicken balls, rice and curry for the kids as a treat. Whilst I waited, there was a child opening empty plastic bags to stock up on prawn crackers, the bags were falling all over the floor... and were placed back up on the table for refilling. Hmm.... When I got home I opened the bag to find absolute ROCKS of chicken balls. Dark brown rocks that were totally overcooked, cremated if you will. I was going to throw them in the bin but my kids were adamant to try them. An hour later they were getting sick into the toilet. How the chef thought it was ok to serve that to a customer is mind boggling to me. And I shouldn't have allowed them to eat it. We'll be going back to our regular Chinese in future. Absolutely never again and I mean it this time."
