"My in-laws were visiting for the weekend in Cork and we have heard great reviews about the carvery at The Viaduct. Oh my goodness, it was absolutely delicious! I got the beef, my husband got turkey and my in-laws got ham. They also had a baked salmon that I want to try next time. The portions were perfect. Staff was also very kind and informative. The manager, Gillian, stopped by our table to make sure everything was okay. It is such a lovely place, great ambiance, beautiful venue, the food is amazing and we will definitely be back. Our family recommends this place!"
"Brought both my elderly parents here for lunch. Foods was fabulous and the price. We got 2 soups with the most delicious brown bread. A sandwich which was full with cheese and ham. A Caesar salad with extra chicken. A cheese cake which my young son loved. Two cappuccinos and a pot of tea, 1coke and a glass of wine€54. I will most definitely be back!! Bathrooms were spotless and the young girl serving us with her bright pink hair was so accommodating."
"Great experience from the booking to the very end of our night. The food was fantastic, impecable presentation and the service was outstanding. I’m allergic to red wine and requested to change my order even after it came because after seeing it, I asked if the sauce with it contained red wine and it did but they changed it with no hesitation, I was very impressed and grateful for their kindness. The place is also very spacious, cozy but stylish too. Will definitely go back! Thanks to everyone for a wonderful evening! Ps. Food was so good that I only remembered to take photo of the dessert but everything was yummy!"
"Extremely disappointed. Very overpriced for what it was. Disorganisation maby staff are still finding their feet. Get more value for money from a Mc Donald's. Such a pitty as this used to be a good place for food. Burger with a small few chips no salad on the side or anything. €18 of pure disappointment. Avoid at all costs unless you like wasting your money. Twelve year old in a home economics class would do a better job at the food, than the people here. Maby they just don't care."
"New place appreciate its hard to get staff..but...45mins before first drink served and an hour and a half before we got our food ! Food lovely, staff friendly but need training !"
