"I recently visited a KFC restaurant and was pleasantly surprised by the outstanding service provided by an employee named Amelie. Her friendly and welcoming attitude made my dining experience at KFC truly enjoyable. From the moment I walked in, Amelie greeted me with a warm smile and promptly took my order. She was incredibly patient and attentive to my needs, taking the time to answer all of my questions and ensuring that my meal was prepared to my liking. What really impressed me about Amelie was her genuine care for customers. Throughout my visit, she went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was a positive one. She checked in with me several times to make sure everything was okay and even recommended some of her personal favorites from the menu. Not only was Amelie friendly and helpful, but she was also efficient and worked quickly to serve customers in a timely manner. Her positive energy and enthusiasm were contagious and added to the overall atmosphere of the restaurant. Overall, I highly recommend KFC and specifically commend Amelie for her exceptional service. Her commitment to customer satisfaction truly made my visit a memorable one, and I will definitely be returning to this location in the future."

"Food was cold, had been travelling loose on the back seat of car. Took 25mins to arrive from restaurant to door. Multiple items were missing from the order. Tried calling the restaurant and phone kept ringing out. Took 1hr 15mins from order to door. Appalling."

"Went in at 20 to 9 and was waiting to be served and about 5 minutes later was told they stopped taking orders while they watched me standing the whole time and said nothing, people were still eating in and just receiving their orders and people standing waiting for theirs and they were still serving the drive through at this time. 15 minutes later at 5 minutes to 9 drive through still being served and people coming out with food, also said to the worker that I wanted to order it to take away not eat in and she said no, ignorant in there."

"Can't complain about the food as it was tasty. However, the service has nothing to do with fast food. First, at the counter, I couldn't get popcorn chicken in a meal. The person behind the counter didn't know the KFC's menu. I ended up with a snack box. Then I had to wait about 20 minutes for my food. I saw my chips and hot wings waiting for the burger for 20 minutes on the table and getting cold. I should be told about the delay. Also, if the part of the order is ready, it should be served. I had 2 zinger boxes, and one of them was ready and waiting for the second for 20 minutes. I saw the lack of common sense yesterday. I pay for the hot food and not for laziness."
