"Rude door staff, got our last drink at 12.20 on a sat night , but wanted us out at 12.35 during drinking up time, demanding our drinks were put in paper coffee cups, and literally pushed us out the door! Many girls on a hens night were disgusted and in a similar situation. train your staff on the law.. there is a drinking up time! and take a more customer friendly approach!"

"Food was fantastic, fresh. But …. The Service was slow. Restaurant was empty and the music was blaring excessively loud. Asked politely for it to be turned down - only for it to be turned up once our food arrived -is music for staff or customers?!?i had to make a second request for it to be turned down again. it turned down second time - was met with very disappointing response from staff. Team has potential but lack of leadership from manager in light blue shirt. Manager needs to give more support to staff , role model good customer care. Zero table service only at the end. When stafff came to take our plates when we weren’t finished. I am due to be in kinsale for business meetings next few months won’t be coming back. It was such a negative service experience I’d sooner eat in the car! 3 stars because of the quality and taste of the food.."

"Hot damn this burger is a 5 star for me. Perfectly cooked. Nice big thick 8oz at opposed to two 4oz patties. 2 big beefy onion rings and chipotle mayo, seasoned chips, coleslaw, and relish on the side thankfully not in the burger. Just reaaaly wonderful. And a great atmosphere outside on a nice day watching the rugby. So glad I strolled in randomly."

"Foods was nice and pleasant but service felt like the worker this day didnt feel like doing much had to go warn her there was a queue waiting for table had to go to the counter to pay my bill as no one came for the payment after 20min we got our bill."

"Great little spot in the centre. We felt very safe with the staff wearing face masks and everyone getting their temp check before they are seated. Food was okay, we had the pulled beef fries and pizza. Kinsale Ale was great however, the cocktails could be a bit better. I ordered the daiquiri and it was overflowing on the glass when they delivered it to our table. Staff were lovely but service could definitely be better. We had to walk up to them to get their attention even though the place isn’t busy."
